A little bit of complaining......

So if you are the type of person that doesn't like listening or reading someone complaining about something, then you probably don't want to read this......because I am going to be doing some complaining.

So let me start off by saying that I USED to love my job.......I now HATE it with a passion!!!!!! My former supervisor, Bethani, was one of the funnest people to work with. She was fired right after she put in her two weeks notice because she called the manager out on something that she wasn't allowed to do. My new supervisor is fun to work with too, but not as much as Bethani. So the person I am going to be complaining about is the manager...Jenna.

Jenna is a wench......I would like to call her other things, but I know that some of my ward friends read this and I don't want them to think badly of me. Jenna has made my life a living H-E-double hockey sticks ever since she fired Bethani. I have tried to get along with her, but it just ain't happening......especially after today.

So as everyone knows I am in my 3rd Trimester. Well today at work I got a little sick......that feeling where it feels like you are going to pass out or throw up......I got it. So one of my coworkers went and got me a cup of ice to help me cool off. After eating some ice, I placed it on one of the short walls in the infant area. Without a warning, Jenna comes storming in, getting mad at me because my cup didn't have a lid on it. I told her I wasn't feeling well and that I was using the cup to help me feel better. No sympathy whatsoever......She took my cup and threw it away. She then told me that I needed to lose my attitude, otherwise she was sending me home. Well needless to say, I started crying. Parents were wondering if I was okay and so were some of my coworkers. After finally finishing my shift for the day I was told she wanted to talk to me. She gave me a freakin "Final Written Warning" which if I were to get another one I would be fired......This is the first warning I have ever gotten!!!!!! We are supposed to get one Verbal Warning, then a Written Warning......then a Final Written Warning. I can't believe that they automatically jumped right to the Final Written Warning without ever warning me before. I threw a stink about it and it was changed to just a Written Warning. So my warning said that "I have had a bad attitude ever since the new supervisor was appointed, If asked to do something I blantenly disregard what the supervisor has said, and I am not following the rules"......SERIOUSLY!!!!!! I was pissed when I read it. I almost wished that they would have fired me right then. The amount I am making every two weeks pays for gas for me to drive over there and back 4-5 times a week.

Anyway......I hope that I have a better day tomorrow...I am going to try really hard to have a good day tomorrow. Sorry for all the complaining...I needed to let it out before I burst with anger.
