Good luck! one of my supervisors is in the most shape I have ever seen and he can barely make it through the warm ups. I hear around week 4 it gets easier ;)
You have to let me know how that goes. I watched an info-mercial on it yesterday for like an hour because nothing was on tv. I also like to watch people work out rather than do it myself. It looks was intense!
