Exercising.....

Well...... I have started P90X again... maybe not the full program, but I have been doing Cardio X since Monday. I have completed 4 days of it. I have been eating smaller, healthier portions as well. I haven't seen results yet, but I am looking forward to my smaller clothes fitting me sometime soon!


My goal is to work out Monday-Saturday and then have Sunday as my "rest" day. I am going to do Cardio X until Nov. 1st and then I am either going to start the program then...or I am going to do Yoga X Monday-Saturday. I would really like to start the program on January 1st... start the New Year with a fresh, healthy start!!!


My weight goal is to be around 120lbs...... That is what I weighed when Stew and I got married. I am 143lbs right now...... Yes, I just told my weight. I am SUPER proud of myself for working out these past 4 days!!! Many more to come!!!!


Oh... and yes I have a before picture...... No you may not see it quite yet!!

I have a before picture too--that nobody will see for a good long time. :) I'm behind you all the way with your working out and getting healthy! You're such a go-getter!
