My new work out plan is P90X...... I started today with Cardio X. Boy, am I out of shape! I was told by a friend that I should do it for a week or so to kind of get back into shape before I do the full blown program. I am wanting to look and feel like a new woman before I go down to AZ for my sister's wedding (I don't know when that is, but I am still going to work my butt of and get back in shape)!!!!!
I will put weekly updates on my progress!!

Remember i did it 4 times...all for a week...stopped and restarted. never got into the second week in a row. Its hard.....good luck! I hope you are better at doing it then I am :)
