Oh man...... So I decided that I was going to try some of this Green Envy Daily Detox stuff Stew bought the other day. It says to do a 60ml shot for the first week................ This stuff is NASTY!! I hope to continue to use this stuff, but the flavor is so gross that I might not be able to. I have lost 3lbs in the past week...just from eating healthier and smaller portions!!! Also, my husband is going to find me the INSANITY workout DVDs so I can get fit! I am super excited!!!! I have saved a pair of 4 and 5 jeans... hopefully I can fit in them soon!!!

whats the difference between that and p90x lol
P90X uses weights and stuff like that...... Insanity does not.
